Use the CRTV tuning interaction in the pharmacy to reveal the posters that contain the clues. The four posters point to:
- Six fingers.
- Five on the next poster.
- Three on the dial poster.
- Nine pills on the final poster.
Enter 6539 on the rusted pharmacy locker. The locker opens and gives you the quest item needed to continue.
If the code does not work
Make sure you are interacting with the correct rusted locker and that the CRTV sequence has been completed. The number order follows the poster sequence, not the order in which you happen to inspect the room.
