How to use this Silent Hill: Townfall walkthrough
This guide follows the main route in order. Use the linked puzzle pages when you need a direct answer, but keep notes from the CRTV and nearby documents because several rooms use clues from the same area.
Part 1: Arrival and the first signals
Explore the opening area carefully before moving on. Inspect readable documents, follow the CRTV tuning prompts, and keep track of any numbers shown by posters, monitors, or notes. The game expects you to combine environmental evidence rather than guess a universal code.

Part 2: The clinic and the scale puzzle
The clinic introduces a clue-order puzzle. Read Zoe's letter and match each sentence to the item it describes. Place the Broken Stethoscope on the left scale, the Prescription Dosage Error Note on the middle scale, and Zoe's Lanyard on the right scale.

Part 3: The Patient
The Patient section combines vital readings, an X-ray room, medicine collection, pump rates, and intubation. Use the monitors and the nearby PC as the source of truth instead of choosing values at random.
For the X-ray room, enter 7103 at the small door. Align the skull first, then the chest. The X-Ray Room Guide lists the machine settings and the medicine steps.
Part 4: CEG and the later systems
The later route adds the AUX room valve puzzle and more CRTV investigation. Read the Auxiliary Lines file on the PC, then follow the wall arrows from the storage-cabinet side. What to do when you are stuck
- Check the immediate room for a PC, document, phone, or CRTV interaction.
- Write down numbers exactly as shown; do not reorder them without a clue.
